What is the GTAP?

The GTAP is a portal that was designed as an extension of Genetec’s Technical Assistance Center to provide our customers with in-depth support information as well as product assistance tools for our full suite of IP security solutions. In this section, customers can easily retrieve answers to product and installation-related questions or simply become more familiar with the capabilities of the advanced features built-in to Omnicast, Synergis and AutoVu.
